Contributing to Open source

Hi,
I am Hina, final year student and have skills in javascript and React js.
I have seen your projects at outreachy organization. I am interested in
'data viewing app registration system' as it matches with my skills. I want
to contribute to this project to improve my skills and make the
organization projects awesome through my contributions.
I have gone to your GitHub organization and exploring the repositories. I
didn't find repository for that. Can you please help me getting started as
I am new to open-source.
